Since 1970, Omni Pinnacle, LLC has provided disaster recovery services for communities throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean cope with the aftermath of hurricanes and other natural disasters. Omni Pinnacle and the subcontractors that are part of the Omni Pinnacle team provide debris removal, site management, reduction, recycling and disposal. Omni Pinnacle also provides management services to ensure that all contracted work is eligible for 100% FEMA reimbursement.

Large-scale natural disasters like a hurricane can be structurally, emotionally, and financially devastating for the communities that are affected. Omni Pinnacle's disaster recovery specialists and their subcontractors understand the need to get communities back on their feet as quickly as possible after a disaster. The Task Five pre-event planning model developed by Omni Pinnacle organizes the recovery process and ensures that needs are identified and addressed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Veronica White, Director of Sanitation for the City of New Orleans, noted that Omni Pinnacle's "fast mobilization and rapid response" were "instrumental in the city's recovery." Kevin Davis, St. Tammany Parish President, praised Omni Pinnacle's "timely response, dedicated work habits, and professionalism" in the clean up efforts in St. Tammany Parish

Within the first six months of the Katrina recovery effort, Omni Pinnacle had removed 6 million cubic yards of storm debris from St. Tammany Parish. Altogether, the specialized disaster recovery teams of Omni Pinnacle subcontractors simultaneously completed $200 million in contracts in the Katrina recovery. In addition to its work with FEMA, Omni Pinnacle clients also include the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Transportation. Regardless of the size of the contract, Omni Pinnacle will remain on the site and on the job until the contract is complete. In fact, Omni Pinnacle and its subcontractors have an impressive 100% completion rate for awarded contracts.

Omni Pinnacle also helps to prevent the paperwork disaster that often comes after the natural disaster by providing administrative support, field management, and documentation services for jurisdictions that are affected by disasters. All work that is completed by Omni Pinnacle is eligible for 100% FEMA reimbursement.
